You’re the one holding it all. Whether your child has a diagnosis or not, you know they feel more deeply, struggle more quietly, and need more support.
What Does 'Kids Who Need More' Mean?
Some kids melt down easily. Others shut down. Some don’t sleep, some can’t focus, and some feel every emotion at full volume. Maybe you’ve been told your child is “too much” — or not enough of what school or society expects.
I call them kids who need more: more patience, more flexibility, more connection, and more of you.

I created this space because I needed it myself. What I really wanted wasn’t more parenting advice — it was compassion, clarity, and a new lens to see my child and myself through.
If you’re navigating emotional intensity, school resistance, anxiety, ADHD traits, or just have a deep sense that your child is wired differently, you’re in the right place.
There’s no one right way to do this — but you don’t have to do it alone.
