Basic Mood Tracker & Depression Tool



I created this Basic Mood Tracker when I was first struggling with depression and it really helped.


My memory for things was really bad during this time so I needed help trying to remember how I felt from one day to the next. This tracker also helped me to see how anti-depressants were affecting my mood.


The other thing I liked about the tracker is that it showed me if there was a relationship between my mood and the use of stimulants. This is great because having this information encouraged me to look into natural tools for more energy.


So if you’re wanting to track your mood, this might be a good starting point for you.

Print at home or send to the local print shop for printing. If you choose to do so, you can cut and laminate the page so you can re-use the worksheet over and over again. Another idea is to laminate and put a magnet on the back so you can have the worksheet on the fridge for easy access.
